Etoile lake is situated only 75 minutes drive from Calais and just 45 minutes away from Boulogne. We are one of the closest lakes to the ferry points you will find, and better still, we are one of the best ! Our site covers 7 acres, is completely surrounded by trees (and a security fence for your privacy) and is maintained to the highest standards. New fish are added all the time to maintain our stock and we do have several 50lb fish waiting to tease your rods. If it's a personal best you are looking for, Etoile will definitely be the place to achieve it.
We have great facilities and even accommodation for those of you who do not wish to camp at the lakeside overnight. Please feel free to check out the rest of our pages and see what we have to offer.

The Brothers battle it out!! (29/08/09 - 05/09/09)
These are the "Hampson" Brothers, Dan, Larne and Lloyd.
During a recent visit to Etoile Lake they decided to have a competition between themselves to see who would net the biggest catch.
They all pooled together to raise the prize fund of £50.
The brothers banked 20 fish between them ranging from 22lb up to almost 40lb and lost a further 10 along the way.
It was a close run but the winner of the "Big fish of the week" challenge was Lloyd with his 39lb 12oz mirror. Dan came a close second with his 38lb 8oz common.
